1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Jilived platform and all its services. By registering on or using Jilived, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali version is kept up to date for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.

Jilived reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at its sole discretion at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Jilived, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You must have an active mobile number and email address registered in your name.
• You must access the platform from a country or region where the use of Jilived's services is permitted.

Jilived reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals and certain services may be suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Jilived supports transactions via popular mobile banking services including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed during identity verification or security reviews.

Jilived does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are always sent to your own registered payment method. If your account verification is on hold for any reason, please contact our support team.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jilived offers a range of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and special promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus offer page.

The general conditions for using bonuses are:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 15x to 35x).
• A specific time limit applies for completing wagering requirements.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering – slots count at 100%, Live Casino at 10% to 20%, and Sports Betting up to 50%.
• Bonuses cannot be shared with any third party.

Jilived reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or misuse. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.

5Gaming Rules

The gaming rules on Jilived are as follows:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• Whether in-play bets are accepted for Sports Betting is determined by specific rules set for each match.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in any game, that round may be declared void.
• In the event of a power outage or internet disconnection, results will be determined based on system logs.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Misusing bonuses or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Harassing other players or participating in organized activity against the platform.

7Account Closure & Bans

Jilived reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Identity verification not completed.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8Limitation of Liability

Jilived provides entertainment and gaming services. However, Jilived accepts no liability for the following:

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device malfunction.
• In the event of a failure by third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the player's own negligence.

Jilived always strives to maintain the highest level of technical stability. However, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Our support team is available at all times to assist with any issues.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Jilived is committed to protecting your personal information. Details provided at registration are used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement.

10Changes to Terms & Contact
